good value near the attractions
excellent location friendly staff many plugs late check-in
the location near winter gardens were superb. it was easy to reach shops and entertainment. staff was friendly, they assist me with late check-in. the room had lots of plugs, a big plus.
The shared bathroom needed a better deep clean. It does affect the experience.

Solid Stay Near the Gardens
convenient location helpful staff sized shower short walk
The location is really convenient. It is just opposite winter gardens and a short walk to the tower. The staff was helpful (especially with directions). The room had a good sized shower.
The shared bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning.

convenient central stay
excellent location easy check-in basic room excellent host
the location was excellent close to the shopping centre and a short walk to the tower i found check-in easy the room was fairly basic yet it had everything i needed for a couple of nights stay to sleep the host was excellent too
the smart tv had youtube but there were no standard channels available i had expected a greater variety of viewing options

the double room included fresh towels and offered value for money it provided adequate space for a short stay and the bed was reasonably comfortable the room's cleanliness was satisfactory upon arrival.

the staff member showed compassion when another guest experienced a medical issue a member of staff was caring showing support and kindness he was amazing when someone needed assistance ensuring they felt supported.

i did not use dining services but there were many dining options nearby the hotel there was an array of restaurants cafes and pubs within a short walk providing ample choice for meals throughout the day.

the hotel offered good facilities with games room availability it catered well to families with children the games room presented an ideal distraction and entertaining space for younger guests enhancing their overall stay.

The location is great near the beach centre and tower. The room offered clean hot water and fresh sheets. The staff provided useful information. The manager seemed helpful .
The room lacked a bedside lamp and this was slightly inconvenient during the evening.
